Aiyoh, I totally get the worry lah, esp when it's been going on for months! Since the ultrasound ruled out hip dysplasia, it could be ligaments or tendons snapping over joints as she grows and moves more, super common at this age and usually nothing, tapi I'd still mention it to your pediatrician just to get their peace of mind tick, because even though you've done the scan, a doc listening to the exact sound and checking her movement range is worth it. Mine had clicks everywhere at 4 months and everyone panicked, but by 6 months half of it disappeared as she got stronger, babies are so bendy! Let your doctor know it's been ongoing though, just so they can track it.
