fish oil

Does anyone take fish oil at night? Doc advise me to take it in the morning but I feel lightheaded after taking it. I am thinking shall I take it at night instead of morning. My next gynea appointment is 4 weeks later thus I am not able to consult gynea.

I take at night cause morning too rushing for me to go work cause every time wake up late. 😅 So will come home and take after dinner.

I take my Usana BIOMEGA fish oil after breakfast & after dinner No worries at all because its safe & effective

Yes I did. Before I sleep. I took in the day n vomited a little when I was preggy I rem my gynae said was fine.
