What is this?

I use olive oil. Massage into the affected areas then let it sit for about 10min. Then I use a fine tooth comb and very very gently see if any of the flakes had come loose (note:dont scratch them off if the flakes dont come out easily. If they aren't budging, do not try to scratch them off, will hurt the baby)
