Hospital Policies for C Section Deliveries

Does anyone know what the different hospital policies are regarding allowing fathers into the delivery room for c section deliveries? I am delivering in Mount Elizabeth Orchard this week and apparently fathers can be allowed to be present in the delivery ward, but Mount Elizabeth is waiting for a letter from MOH to confirm this. Are the rest of the hospitals the same?
