Flagystatin in third trimester

Does anyone know if repeated prescription of flagystatin (for vaginal infection) throughout pregnancy is safe? And if its safe in 3rd trimester specifically? Since baby's head is near the vaginal area already. Anxious as it's my first pregnancy...
