Hi there, don't worry too much, a few of us have gone through this and the good news is that mild to moderate polyhydramnios quite often resolves on its own or is managed well, with many mums delivering healthy babies. One of my mum friends had her fluid levels go from quite high back to normal within a few weeks, so it does happen! The main things I've heard are to watch out for a larger baby and to keep your gestational diabetes checks up to date, since those two can be linked. That said, some cases are more straightforward than others, so how things go really depends on your own situation and severity. Definitely worth having a good chat with your OB or specialist to get a proper picture of where you stand, they'll be the best ones to guide you through it!
