HCG levels have a large range, and also sometimes there might be a vanishing twin - a pregnancy that actually had twins at first but when they look by ultrasound (like at week 8) they only see one heartbeat. So best to just wait until you ho for your ultrasound scan when they will be able to see how many you have!

Hi, https://community.theasianparent.com/q/im-currently-3-4-weeks-pregnant-hcg-levels-was-76-iul-normal-im-d/3155400 It is better to visit a gynecologist.

My hcg was 11633 for week 5 day 1 but turned out to be a singleton 😆 so I guess hcg levels aren’t accurate in determining if it’s a twin/multiple pregnancy.

she's 6 digits. yours only 5 digits can't compare to hers.
