Blood in stool and when wiping

Hello all! Does anyone face this blood in stool issue (towards the end) and when wiping? I am currently in my 2nd trimester week 17+ and it freaks me out... i had durians over the weekend and on Monday, so yesterday when wiping there was lots of fresh blood on paper. Today is lesser.. could durians be the cause? Any idea? And how do i stop this aside from drinking water and juice? Thanks all in advance! #1stimemom #pleasehelp #advicepls
