bleeding and painful hypogastric cramping at 6weeks

Hi to all! Does anyone here experienced the above symptoms yet still had a successful pregnancy? huhuhu. I am so afraid na talaga. I'm on medication Naman now at bed rest kaso Hindi pa Rin nag stop spotting. thank you
