Yah I totally get what you mean, that hungry-but-nauseous feeling is really confusing and uncomfortable. I found that eating small, frequent meals helped me a lot, like instead of waiting till I'm proper hungry, I'd have a small snack every hour or so to keep my stomach from feeling too empty. Some mums swear by ginger biscuits or crackers by the bedside, eating a few before they even get up. But if the nausea is really intense or the stomach discomfort is worrying you, might be good to mention it to your gynae or PD just so they can make sure everything's okay and maybe suggest what works best for you.
Oh, that's the absolute worst feeling! I remember sitting there feeling completely starving and yet so nauseous at the same time, totally unsure if I should eat or run to the bathroom. It honestly felt like my stomach was burning from hunger, but the mere thought of food made my stomach turn right back over. If you're struggling to cope with it, it's worth getting a bit of advice. I usually see Dr Chen Chern Yi, and she's been really kind and practical in helping me sort out ways to handle the nausea.
i’m 11w5d now (ftm) and ever since from wk8, i’ve been feeling nauseous. the thing that helps me is eating, in which my nausea will stop most of the times. it’s like a body reaction telling me to eat. they say it will get better once 1st trimester ends. Hoping that once I hit wk12, things will get better. hoping for you too!
Nauseated and spotting but still have to do my best at work. After work I just feel so sick… but I have to force myself to eat and drink even though my stomach is so sore….. I don’t wanna move and just want to sleep it away but I can’t… there’s still 7 months to go……… halp
it is quite normal! i had the same symptoms during my first trimester and eventually it continued to second trimester but my gynae always reminds me to eat dry plain biscuits first thing when i wake up and always snack on so i survived on those tips! hope it gets better for you ✨
I didn't feel nauseated, just ate. . and whenever I was at the lavatory, I puked.
