Bile when lying down

Does anyone else keep waking up in the middle of the night feeling bile coming up the throat? But I won't vomit, its literally just bile. Idk what's the cause. In my 37th week now. #1stimemom

oh yes I have it too, 37 weeks last week. I think I ate too much or maybe because I ate too late. Try eating lesser and have your dinner earlier.

Omg I have it too! It’s like milder version of acid reflux. Did u eat close to sleeping time?
