Just eat anything you feel like but in moderation. You can pretty much eat as per normal. I would advise to avoid undercooked, raw food (including half boiled eggs) and alcohol. You can also take caffeine beverages like coke/coffee/tea, just be mindful of the sugar and intake.
Eaten there a few times already! :) don’t worry too much - just avoid stuff like raw food, alcohol.. it’s important to listen to your body and make yourself happy.
Just eat whatever. Because if u go down into details, there are so many things that u can’t eat. the only option is to cook at home.
