Missed miscarriage

Doctor told I had a missed miscarriage and just ask me to observe and wait for baby to pass out herself. but I noticed my liner keep have this kind of discharge. Is this what the doctor mean??? I've no pain or discomfort

Sorry for your loss. It’s dried blood mixed with your discharge. Dr meant you will have heavier menses bleeding and at some point will pass out a big clot of blood which is the fetus.
