Post c sect wound

Doctor has removed dressing for my c sect wound and gave me gel to apply. But past 2 days i feel my pain on my incision (particularly at night), it feels like the skin is opening and closing but when i look at the wound it is actually closed. Anyone has same experience?

same eh.. my surgery was 3 weeks ago. i feel pain on my incision esp at night too. so i apply the dermatix ultra at night when i have this sensation. it feels weird to be feeling pain at the wound site and itch around it.. have u gone for your post partum appt with gynae yet? i am waiting for the appt to ask my gynae if this is normal..

i also stop painkillers in the second week. glad to hear that your gynae say that it is normal! when i feel pain getting down from bed, i wear binder. when it holds the wound tgt it was lesser pain for me. you can try that out. all the best with recovery too!
