Is this ezcema or fungal infection

Doc told us it was fungal infection that happened due to ezcema. Prescribed pristinex cream but looked worse n more red and flaky. Anyone experienced before? Is this really fungal infection?

i will bring to specialist if this still persist. for my baby's case, Dr suspect fungal but when Skin Doctor came and did test. it was Neonatal Lupus.
