Is this ezcema or fungal infection

Doc told us it was fungal infection that happened due to ezcema. Prescribed pristinex cream but looked worse n more red and flaky. Anyone experienced before? Is this really fungal infection?

No idea about this. if it get worst .it is better to stop treatment contact your doctor again and inform about this.
