I try to have it with non carbonated 100 plus. Do not take it just after a meal as it increases the chance of throwing it up
Avoid taking pills with citrus as I heard it affects the absorption rate.
Same here! Obimin makes me throw up and nauseous so i make sure to eat something right after i swallow them. It kinda helps.
same here. I just take my fav drink (eg. chocolate milk or fruit juice) and swallow the pills together 🫠
