Sugar Level

Doc keep on telling me sugar level is high when im at my 29weeks and my sugar level after food is around 8-9.the numbers have been reducing every mth as per chart records. Ive not been putting weight since day 1 pregnant as i had a bad morning sickness. Weight from 83kg and now im weigh at 77kg. But baby is healthy n weigh at 1.2kg. Any advise?

Control your carbo intake also.. Nt only sugary stuff.. N exercise more maybe?

Ya my GD readings also have to be below 6.6 now.. 7 alr they make noise.. They worry the baby will be too big.. Below 30 wks baby weight still ok.. Bt usually after that they put on weight v fast n if we dun control our intake will be jialat la
