Do your kids have whatever you have for dinner? I'm tired of making 2 meals everyday.

Yes, eat n cook healthy dishes and encourage kids to eat similarly, especially vegetables. Unless they are below 1-3 years old, no need to cook separately. Eating is a great time to bond and have fun with kids, share stories etc. From young, can also teach them after eating, the importance of bringing the dishes to the sink after each meal (just like tray return), or help you to keep the fork/spoon or plates in the cabinet after drying. Don't stress yourself too much :)
