Do you think it's enough to just eat yoghurt everyday and drink Yakult etc (drinks with probiotics) rather than popping a pill? They are pretty costly and at least I actually enjoy eating froyos! Lol

Yoghurt and Yakult tend to have some sugar in them but that's what I do at times, not everyday. You can also make your own yoghurt at home. In that way, it's healthy, fresh and sugar can be controlled. It's not difficult to make Greek yogurt!
