Do you take domperidone to increase your milk supply?

No but I eat a daily breakfast of overnight oats in a jar. This consists of rolled oats, yoghurt, chia seeds, linseed, sunflower and almond mix (LSA mix) and some mixed nuts as well as a dash of Australian Milo. It gives me a huge boost in my morning pump, by about 30 to 40ml. There are a lot of foods you can experiment with to boost your supply without having to resort to synthetic drugs. You will have to find which food works best for you, but these are generally milk boosters: Rolled oats Soy products (soya milk, tofu, oats plus milk) Salmon sashimi Flaxseed Longan Red dates
