Do you sterilize the spectra flange after every use?

Yes I do!! As the flange is made from pp plastic, they will age faster in uv sterilizer. So I use steam sterilizer with them! I used to sterilise everyday when baby is still a newborn but after 4 months, I sterilise once a week. I wash with soap and rinse with hot water every use.

My friend simply washes all the parts (except the tubing) with warm water and dish soap and air dry them after every use.

I wash 2 time a day (midnight and noon) After use I put in Zip lock and keep in the fridge.
