Do you give presents to your helpers on their birthdays or just a cake?

Both! We usually give a little something for her special day plus the mini-celebration at home wherein we prepare food for everyone to share. It's actually a wonderful experience when we celebrate our helper's special day because it's also a good time where we can show how grateful we are for her service.
