change job?

Is it difficult to find a job while you are pregnant? Current job is not suitable for preganancy and discussed with boss that they are unable to switch my role to admin due to freeze headcount.

Yes, is difficult especially economy is bad now. You have to weigh what is more important to you, ie baby including yourself or income for family.
