did u take supplement during ur pregnancy ? what type of supplement & brand? its important to consume milk during pregnancy? i cant drink milk ☹

i took ganilia. My hb was quite good. yes,important to drink milk to get calcium. If u can’t drink milk,can take calcium tablet.
