4 month old sleep regression

Did any mummies experience this? How long does this sleep regression last, and will baby return to old sleeping habits (sleeping through the night, proper nap times) after this? ?

Yes i did! It is a leap! You can go read more about it. My lo return back to sttn 2 weeks after the leap! All the best mummy!
