My friend uses Naturvital hair products after she started experiencing post partum hair loss and it helped ALOT! She pretty much used the whole range of hair loss products - the hair loss tonic, hair loss leave-in conditioner and hair loss shampoo etc. She got them from Watsons in a set during a promotion. I checked the Watsons online store and apparently they have quite good discounts: http://www.watsons.com.sg/search?text=naturvital On top of that, she stopped using hair dryers and straightening irons for a few months.
Its perfectly normal for your hair to drop after you have given birth and it can last a couple of months. but not worry, it will grow back. What happened for me is by 6 to 7 months post partum u will see fine baby hair growing on your head. I did use a hair tonic that I purchased from the pharmacy just for added reassurance. Can't remember the brand though.
I experienced serious postpartum hair loss and it was very emotional for me. I did see help from a homeopathic doctor and also used an ayurvedic hair oil made from fenugreek leaves. My hair started to grow back in about 10 months time. Although it is nowhere close to the pre-pregnancy thickness and shine, it is a decently thick mane again.
I lost so much hair around the 5th month mark after giving birth. It's totally normal as you didn't have much hair loss when you were pregnant so it's just 'making up for lost time' so to speak. http://www.whattoexpect.com/pregnancy/symptoms-and-solutions/postpartum-hair-loss.aspx
Yes it's normal, I put aloe vera gel and it helps reduce my hairfall and I noticed that it became thicker.
It was only temporary for me. All has grown back.
