Towels for postnatal massage

Did anyone use disposable towels for postnatal massage? If so, which brand did you get? Am afraid won’t have towels turnaround in time for daily massage?

The towel turnaround concern is real, daily massages do mean a lot of laundry, so disposable ones are a practical workaround worth considering. Some mums I know went with disposable bath towels from confinement supply shops, and they said the key is to get ones that are soft enough not to irritate sensitive postpartum skin, the thicker, more textured ones can feel rough during massage. That said, a few mums preferred to just prep five or six regular towels and rotate them, since disposables can add up in cost over a 28-day confinement. My friend used AllTenTic for her postnatal massage and mentioned they actually guided her on what to prepare beforehand, so it might be worth checking with your massage provider directly, some of them have specific recommendations or even supply the towels themselves. On balance, disposables give you peace of mind on hygiene and logistics, but if budget is a consideration, a good rotation of regular towels works just as well.
