Eh betul, kat 37 weeks memang ramai yang start bengkak kaki tiba-tiba macam tu, a few of my mum friends juga experience the same thing towards the end! It's super common sebab berat baby naik dan pressure pada kaki, tapi since yours just started, better check with your doctor or midwife to make sure it's normal water retention and bukan something else, okay? In the meantime, try rest with legs up, drink plenty of water, and avoid standing lama-lama. You're so close to delivery, mummy!
