Any delivered naturally and during the process squeezed the piles out? How do your cure it? Will it cause any issue or come out again for subsequent delivery?

my gynae called another doctor to come to check on it, cos it's extremely painful. I even fainted twice in the hospital toilet when doing sitz bath. as for my 2nd one, I had to do c-sect, so I guessing the piles would be safe, but bcos of constipation, all comes out and swollen at the 4th day after surgery after I go to toilet, luckily it came after another pain has gone (c-sect stitches), but continue with this pain, really a double kill this time 😅, but this time my condition not as bad as the first time

Yes, I actually pushed out piles during delivery. I was given anti-inflammatory meds to shrink it. It will come out if you constipate or diarrhoea otherwise we are living a cohesive life together. I didn't squeeze out piles for my second delivery cos I pushed baby out the right way. Until you are done with family planning else no point removing it through clipping or surgery.

I had pile even before pregnancy, i seek specialist to remove, but the advise i got was its useless removing it if i intend to have babies. Cos it will pop back..

Sorry to ask, is it possible to go for surgery for it to be removed?
