Just Mums

Postpartum recovery

Delivered 2 weeks ago and had a 2nd degree tear. Stitched both top and bottom part.. Is it normal to feel swelled and pain even after 2 weeks? And also, vagina hole doesn’t seems to be closing.. Saw a lump of meat inside #pleasehelp #advicepls

Give it time to heal. Some mommy heal faster then others. You can try using the cool pads to help with the swell and pain. If you have yet to see your gyne, you should pay him/her a visit and speak to her about what u are feeling and the discomfort you have. Hang in there momma and congratulations.
