Round ligament pain

hey dearest mummies to be, can i know if anyone experience daily round ligament pain the moment they hit 2nd trimester? it’s been disrupting my sleep due to the “stitches” pain type of feeling, like when you’re done with a run? is it recommended to massage the area, or do we just power through it? 😭 would love any advise on this, thank you 💖
