Cramps, Round Ligament Pain?

I’m about 17 weeks pregnant, and somehow this week I started to feel cramps. It comes at random, so I’m just wondering if this is how round ligament pain feels like? Any mummies experienced it and is able to describe the pain?

yes it is, my cramps are usually at the lower part of my belly and discomfort there too
