Abrupt pain on left side of the abdomen area

I have been experiencing this pain on the left side of the abdomen ever since 14 weeks. Now I am 14 weeks, 3 days. It feels like pulling and sharp pain. Went to see gp and was prescribed paracetamol however the pain still persists. I did some stretching hoping to alleviate the pain but when I moved, it got worse. Read up could be round ligament pain but it don't know if it is or not. Anyone can has this feeling before like you lift your leg its also painful on the groin area.

This one better not wait, please go back to see your doctor or go to A&E now, especially since the pain got worse when you moved and the paracetamol isn't helping. Sharp abdominal pain in pregnancy needs to be checked properly by a doctor who can examine you and rule out anything that needs urgent care, not just guessing if it's round ligament pain over a forum. Your doctor needs to know the pain is still there and getting worse too.

update: went to visit the gynae and this is due to the growth of the fibroid which lack of blood supply hence causing the pain.
