UV or Steam milk bottle sterilisers?

Dear Mummies/Mums-to-be; may I know which milk bottle steriliser is good/efficient and not overly pricey?

Uv!! Uv has dryer too. Steam you will have to air dry cause bottle will be wet from the steam and by then i think basteria and germs alr get in again
