Include apples, pear or prune juice in your daily diet and have plenty of water as well. Pregnancy tend to cause u dehydrated and therefore constipation.

Take prune juice / red dragon fruits n drink losta water. Or get stool softener from doc safe for pregnancy Have some fruits Everyday at least once.

Try Chia seed! I used to be constipated too and now I can relief Everyday since I start Chia seed infused w overnight oats.

Someone from here intro this to soften stools. I saved a pic of it. Can get from pharmacy or your gynae.

I eat guava daily when I constipate. It helps
