Yes. The iron content in the multivitamin will makes your stools looks darker & blacker in Color. It is harmless, just drink more water take more fibres to prevent constipation. :)
Normal, especially taking ferrous. Once a day lang ako mag-rice then oatmeal na and light meal. Kasi nag-spotting ako dahil sa pag-ire ko ng bongga. Nakaka-constipated ang ferrous.
Yes it’s normal since I’m taking it now and I asked my ob gyne about it because iron vitamins makes our stool darker

yes its normal, u should take vitamin c for ur body to absorb iron minimum 2 oranges per day
Depend which vitamins u take. Yes, some does make urine/stools chg in color
same here! I am taking iron and multi-vits so there’s “grey poop”.

same, and the smell is different too.
