empty gestational sac

dear mummies, i just went for my first pregnancy check up. we could see gestational sac but could not see the yolk sac yet. has anyone of u experience the same thing? im supposed to be at 7 weeks now #advicepls #pregnancy

Don't base your pregnancy on your LMP cos it may not be accurate. You could be earlier than 7 weeks. If gynae asks u to come back, then come back again. It's normal not to see any yolk sac yet as foetus is still very, very tiny. If your hcg doubles, it's already a good sign! As long as you've not experienced any severe cramps and/or with bleeding, baby is definitely there!
