don’t aim to lose weight, but aim to eat healthier. i was also quite concerned abt my weight gain…i gained a total of 20kg before delivery. as long as weight gain is not due to any illness but pregnancy, shouldn’t be a concern. maybe you can also check with you gynae, they give the best advice for mummies. :)
if you're gaining weight rapidly, you might want to look at your diet to see if you're taking in too much unhealthy food and cut down on oily/sugary food. try eating healthier and go for walks or light exercise.
