Need advice Mummy

Dear Mummies, I jus gave birth to twins 6 months back. They are turning 7 soon. And have started teething. They have terrible diarrhea and Nappy rush. Seen the doc and Nappy rash getting better. But diarrhea is not stopping. Is there any remedy? I have dialute their milk lighter and doctor med not working well. Is there anything I can do to stop the diarrhea?

Do you have an idea what is causing the diarrhoea? Was there a change in milk powder or food? Need to check that your babies are not dehydrated. Formula-fed babies:• Continue feeding your baby with formula milk.• If diarrhoea persists for more than 10 days, you may consider switching to soy formula or lactose-free formula milk.• Offer more feeds or milk if possible
