rash during 3rd trimester

Dear all mummies, is it common to have rash during 3rd trimester?? It started on hand then tummy then boobs and now on face!!! Previously seen a normal GP, doc said it was hormones..and it was 2weeks from now. It don't seems to go off but worst. Does this rash affect baby???
