Stomach upset at 20 weeks

Dear mummies, am at 20 weeks and getting worried as I started to have stomach upset this morning which resulted in mild cramps and soft stools... not sure if this would go away on its own and wanted to seek advice if I should wait out and let this pass or go see a doctor? When is soft stools a red flag? Thanks in advance!
