Dear daddies (with kids), if u guys hv no choice but to switch job, will u be worried? What will u look into, when u r finding another job?

Yes, i will be worried until i have a suitable job and will look into few important things before joining one - Job location shouldn't be too far from my home. So, i can spend some quality time with my kids and family. - Shouldn't include much outstation travelling - I will go after companies with child care leave and work from home policies. So, I can be at home, whenever required.
