D&C aftercare to share? Is it a must to go on a mini confinement? I had a missed miscarriage. Baby’s heartbeat was absent when I went for my monthly visit today

Yes correct..just 1-2 weeks confinement..doc gave you mc I suppose..& sorry for your lost..be strong & prayers for you to get next baby soon..
