Hey, if you're trying to track your LMP for pregnancy dating, mas accurate talaga kung gamitin mo ang nagsimula ng bleeding, kaya kung July ka nag-start ng period mo, yun na ang iyong LMP kahit lumipas lang 2 days yung August period, pero honestly, the safest thing is to check with your OB kasi ang cycle mo parang slightly off, and they can give you the exact dating based on ultrasound pa, lalo na kung may possibility ng pregnancy! One of my friends nag-worry din about irregular cycles, and the doc just did an u/s para sure.
