I had a c section 5 months back. I can tell u abt what i do.. I drink 4 litres if water in a day. It helps reduce bloating and weight due to water retention... i purchased a weighing machine and weigh myself weekly.. i eat light dinner and no salt after 7 pm.. i maintain a diary of my progress... i walk for about an hour everyday.. i dont eat fatty food.. no rice in the evening.. no parathas puris.. cut back on sugar.. it helps immensely.. make small changes and then make bigger ones
