40 minggu baby tak keluar lagi

Aah sabar ya mama, 40 minggu memang boleh lagi, a few of my mum friends went past 40 weeks and pushed through normal delivery just fine! Tapi definitely kena follow up dengan doctor regularly sekarang ni untuk check baby's health and amniotic fluid, sebab dekat sini usually doctor akan suggest induction kalau lebih dari 41-42 weeks. Try some walking, squats, atau makan dates la (betul-betul works untuk some of us!), tapi yang paling penting check in with your OB/GYN frequently so they can monitor you and baby closely, okay? You can do this!
