Ahhh sabar ya mommy, Braxton Hicks memang boleh terasa quite intense terutama malam-malam or bila tired, memang sakit dan keras bola perut tu scary first time kan. Since dokter dah check dan cervix tak bukak lagi, ini good sign lagi awal, tapi since rasa pain regularly within 5-10 min intervals, better you monitor closely and go back to hospital if it becomes more regular/stronger or if ada other signs macam bleeding or water breaking. A few of my mum friends said their false labour lasted days, some hours je, depends on your body, so tak ada standard timeline, but the fact it's off and on is typically BH rather than active labour. Rest as much as you can in the meantime, stay hydrated, dan jangan stress sangat (easier said than done la, haha). If the pain gets unbearable or patterns change, balik je hospital, dokter would rather you come back than risk something.
