Da msuk 7 bulan 3 hari,so hari ni 1st exercise ikut panduan dekat youtube bagaimana cara2..exercise.dlm msa 30 minit after hbis tu exercise duduk rehat jap Dan minum air..tk lma gitu rasa pening tak lma muntah agak2 knp yer!!??
