Pain over right lower abdomen

Hi.. Currently at week 6. Did anyone of u encounter a sudden pulling and cramp over one side of the lower abdomen and the pain radiate to hip? It lasted about 5 minutes.

I also had pain during my 6wks to 10wks. doctor said its because your body is adjusting for the growing fetus in your womb. just make sure there's no spotting/bleeding
